Ingredients
Big chingudi-1 kg.
Green chillies-2 pcs.
Fresh grated coconut-2 cups.
Ginger paste-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1 spoon
elaichi – 2 pcs.
Cardamom – 2 pcs.
Cinnamon – 2pcs.
Bay leaf – 2pcs.
Sugar-1 spoon
salt-according to taste

Methods
Fry the chingudi for sometime.
In a separate pan, heat oil.
Add chillies and onion.
When the onion turns brown.
Add ginger paste and bay leaf.
Add elaichi and cardamom and cinnamon.
Now big chingudi fry is ready.
