Ingredients
Cabbage-middle size 1pc
Tomato-1 pc.
Green chilly-4 pcs
Bay leaf-2 pcs
Salt-according to taste
Onion-2 pcs.
Ginger-a smmal piece.
Garam masala-1 spoon.
Ghee-3 table spoon
Turmeric powder-1 spoon.
Method
Make small piece of cabbage.
Wash and drain out water from it.
Boil with salt and turmeric powder.
Make a paste of ginger and green chilly.
Heat oil and put paste, sugar and cabbage.
Fry & turn it up and down.
Now cabbage Ghanta is ready.
