Jackfruit arisha     molasses arisha

  
Ingredients

1. Arua rice-100gm
2. Flour-100gm
3. Sugar-100gm
4. Ripe jackfruit juice-1 cup
5. Beking powder-slight
6. Oil-according to filter pitha

Methods

1. Grind arua rice and make it powder.
2. Add rice powder, flour, sugar and beking
    powder in jackfruit juice.
3. Mash after that mix.
4. Heat oil in a kardai.
5. Make round size and filter it in heat oil.
6. Now jackfruit arisha ready.


Ingredients

Arua rice-500 gm
Molasses-500 gm
Ghee-250 gm
Salt-according to taste


Methods


Wet arua rice in water for 24 hours.
Remove the stones and pebbles from it.
Powder the arua rice before making the pitha.
Add molasses and heat it.
Bring a little water near it.
Stir the molasses to give it a hard shape or else the pitha will be bad.
Add rice powder in the molasses and stir it.
Put this in faint fire.
Cool this in banana leaf.
Heat ghee in a kadai.
Make dough and convert it to round shape making it a pitha.
Add this in hot ghee.
Put it upside down.
Fry it hot.
Bring it down when it is red.  NEXT...
