Ingredients
1. Potato-250 gm.
2. Green chilly-2 pcs.
3. Salt-according to taste
4. Besan-1 spoon
5. Onion-2 pcs.
6. Mustard oil-2 table spoon
7. Coriander leaf- 1 bunch
Method
Wash potatoes and boil it.
After boiling, leave it to cool down.
Then peel off the skin of the potatoes and add salt, then mix
it.
Make small pieces of onion, green chilly and coriander leaf.
Mix potato, salt, coriander leaf, onion, green chilly and besan.
Make small round shapes and press it.
Heat oil and put the pressed balls.
Take it out, when it becomes golden brown.
Now potato bara is ready.

Ingredients
Mushroom 1 packet
Onion: 1 small (chooped into small pieces)
Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
Cilantro: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Rice: 4 tbsp
Chana dal: 4tbsp
Jeera: 1 tbsp
Red chili: 2
Salt - according to taste
Method
Soak the chana dal & rice together for 3-4 hours.
Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Mix the paste, chopped onion, cilantro, cumin seeds and mushroom
and salt.
Mould the dough into desired shapes preferably round shapes and
fry.
