1. Kaju powder-100 gm
2. Sugar-50 gm
3. Milk powder-200 gm
Methods
Mix kaju and milk powder in a bowl.
Make sugar sous.
After sugar sous is made, add kaju and milk powder mix.
Now kaju barffi is ready

Potato-1/2 kg
Milk powder-1 cup
Coconut-1 pc
Sugar-200 gm
Cardamom-5 pcs
Ghee-50 gms
Methods
Wash and uncover the potato and press it.
Scrap the coconut properly.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Fry the sugar and scrapped coconut in this oil.
Fry it by adding milk powder, cardamom powder and pressed potato.
When the potato becomes badami, add ghee and press it.
