Ingredients
1. White gourd-500gm.
2. Mustard-1 spoon
3. Green chilly-4 pcs.
4. Salt-according to taste
5. Mustard oil-2 spoon
6. Savour it-1 spoon
7. Ginger- 1 inch piece
Method
1. Wash white gourd.
2. Scraped it and make slim pieces.
3. Make a paste of mustard, green chilly and ginger.
4. Boil white gourd with salt.
5. Heat oil and add savour it.
6. Put white gourd with paste add a half glass of water.
7. After a few minute descend it.
8. Now white gourd besara ready.
