Koshala potherb bhaja Slim potato bhaja


Ingredients

1. Koshala potherb-2 bunch
2. Cake of pasted pulse-4 pcs.
3. Mustard oil-2 table spoon
4. Savour it-1 spoon
5. Brinjal-1 pcs.
6. Coconut scratch-half cup
7. Green chilly-2 pcs.
8. Salt-according to taste

Method

1. Wash properly koshala potherb
2. Fry cake of pasted pulse.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan or kardai.
4. Put savour it and chilly after heat oil.
5. Wash brinjal and make it small pieces
6. Put cut brinjals in the frying pan or kardai.
7. After brown put koshala potherb, cake of pasted     pulse
8. Scratch coconut and salt into the frying pan.
   don't cover this.
9. After that look dry, descend this.
10. Now koshala potherb ready.




Ingredients

Potato-250gm.
Salt-according to taste
Oil-2 table spoon.
Chilly 2 pcs.
Onion-1 pc.
Turmeric powder-1-2 spoon.
Savour it-1 spoon.

Method

Cut potato and onions into slim sizes.
Wash the potatoes.
Heat oil in kardai and put chilly and savour it.
Then put onion, potato, salt and turmeric powder and cover it.
After a few mins descend the kardai.
Now slim potato bhaja is ready.
