Ingredients
1. Arua rice-200gm.
2. Chicken-200gm.
3. Onion-2 pcs.
4. Pea seeds-100gm
5. Meat powder-2 spoon
6. Garlic-6 cloves
7. Ginger-2 inch piece
8. Chilly-2 pcs
9. Refined oil-100gm.
10. Cardamom -2pcs
11. Cinnamon powder-1/4 spoon
12. Nutmeg-slight
13. Cloves-2 pcs.
14. Black peeper-4 pcs.
15. Salt-according to taste
16. Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
17. Curd-2 table spoon
18. Ghee-1-2 spoon

Method
Wash chicken.
Add salt, turmeric powder and curd with chicken then leave it.
Cut slim size onions.
Heat oil in a kardai.
Fry onion in oil.
Prepare a paste of ginger, garlic and chilly.
Fry paste in kardai with fried onions.
After it becomes red in color put chicken and cover it and put
it on low flame.
After chicken boils add meat powder.
Turn it up & down in regular intervals.
Boil nutmeg, cloves and cardamom.
Heat pressure cooker and put ghee.
Fry cut onion pieces and cinnamon powder in pressure cooker.
Wash arua rice and dry it.
Fry arua rice and pea seeds after heating ghee in a kardai.
After fry add boiled nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and cardamom.
Add salt and cover it.
After two whistle open it and separate rice in a plate.
Spread chicken masala and black pepper powder.
Add fried onion and ghee in it.
Before eating use two bowls for curd, cut onion, green chilly
and coriander leaf.
Add salt in this bowl.
Now chicken biriyani is ready.
