Ingredients
Arua rice-500gm
Coconut-1 pc
Salt-according to taste
Oil-as per required
Methods
Soak arua rice for 4 hour in water.
Scrap the coconut.
Grind arua rice and coconut.
Add salt in it.
Heat iron kardai and put oil and make chakuli.
Put into butter and scrapped coconut.
Slim chakuli is now ready

Moong dal-500 gm
Zeera-1 spoon
Chilly powder-1/2 teaspoonful
Salt-according to taste
Oil-as per required
Methods
Wet the moong dal for 6 hours in water.
Wash and make a fine paste of it.
Add salt, chilly powder and zeera to it.
Heat oil in the tawa and make slim Chakuli in it.
It is very tasty when it is hot. |
