Butter bara


Ingredients

1. Butter-250 gm
2. Cardamom-5 gm
3. Milk-1/2 ltr.
4. Ghee-25 gm
5. Flour-50 gm
6. Refined oil-500 gm
7. Sugar-200 gm

   
Methods

Press butter in a cloth and dry it.
Add flour, ghee and cardamom powder and mash it.
Add milk in it as making bara.
Make sugar sous.
Heat oil in a kardai.
Make butter bara and fry it in oil.
Turn up & down it.
After it becomes red in color bring it down.
Now butter bara is ready
