Chicken curd


Ingredients

Chicken-500 gm
Egg-1 pc
Refine oil-100 gm
Onion-2 pcs
Garlic-6 buds
Salt-according to taste
Ginger-a small piece
Chilly-4 pcs
Tomato sauce-50 gms
Curd-2 tablespoon
Cornflour-2 spoons
Turmeric powder-1/2 spoons
Coriander leaf-a small amount
Hot spice-1 spoon


Method
Bring out the chicken bones and keep it in freezer for half an hour by stirring it with salt, turmeric powder, curd, egg and cornflour.
Make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chilly.
Heat some oil in the kadai.
Roast onion slices and spices in the kadai.
Add chicken to it.
Even fry the water from the chicken.
Add one cup of water.
Add tomato sauce when it is boiled.
Add coriander leaves and hot spices and bring it down.

Tomato sauce-1 tablespoon
Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Ginger-a small piece
Garlic-6 buds
Salt-according to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 spoons
Coriander leaves-a small amount
Hot spice powder-1 spoon

Method


Wash the chicken in a vessel and stir it with salt, turmeric powder, curd, ginger, garlic, spice, vinegar, tomato sauce and chilly sauce.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Heat it in faint fire.
Keep stirring in between.
It will boil in that water.
Bring it down.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and hot spice in it.
