Ingredients
Chicken-500 gm
Garlic-1 pc
Chilly-2 pcs
Vinegar-2 tablespoon
Soya sauce-2 tablespoon
Ajinamato-1/4 teaspoonful
Salt-according to taste

Method
Cut the chicken to small pieces.
Keep it for four hours after adding salt, vinegar and soya sauce
in it.
Make a paste of garlic and green chilly.
Heat the oil in a kadai.
Fry the chicken piece to red in that hot oil.
Fry garlic and green chilly in it.
After chicken and sauce boils, a smell of garlic chicken will
come out.
Stir it with ajinamato and bring it down.
