Ingredients Arua
rice-500gm
Coconut-1 pc
Salt-according to taste
Methods
Soak Arua rice in water for 6 hour.
Scrap coconut.
Grind arua rice with coconut.
Leave it 5-10 minutes after add salt for making pithau.
Heat iron kardai and put the pithau and cover it.
Put a small cloth on cover to cover the pithau.
After boiling keep it out.
Donot turn it upside down.
Now coconut chitau is ready.

Suji- 250 gm
Coconut-1 pc
Milk-1 litre
Sugar-100 gm
Cardamom-4 pcs
Baking powder-1/4 teaspoonful
Method
Scrap the coconut.
Put it in hot water to bring out its juice.
Add suji, salt, sugar and baking powder with this juice and keep
it for sometime.
Boil the chitau using oil in the casting mould.
Add sugar and cardamom in the ilk and boil it again.
Add the suji chitau after the milk boils and bring the milk down.
