Ingredients
Arua rice-500gm
Coconut-1 pc
Salt-according to taste
Milk-1litre
Sugar-100 gm
Method
Wet the rice for 6 hours.
Scrap the coconut.
Boil milk and sugar simultaneously.
Make a fine paste of the coconut and arua rice and mix salt in it.
Heat the steel utensil on fire.
Arrange a wet cloth.
Add 2 ladle of the pithau.
Close the plate with the wet cloth.
Add in boiled milk after the pitha is complete.
Milk chitau is ready.
