Ingredients
Potatoes – 4
Gram flour – 1 cup
Ginger – ½ inch
Garlic – 4 pieces
Eatable Soda – ½ spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Hot dry spices – 1 spoon
Salt to taste

Methods
Pound garlic and ginger.
Boil potatoes and mash them.
Add salt to it
Add soda, salt, and a little amount of water to gram flour to
make a thick dough.
Heat 2 spoon oil in a frying pan and add the paste of garlic and
ginger.
Then add mashed potatoes to it.
Add powdered dry spices to it.
Then make small balls of it.
Dip it in the thick gram flour dough and fry in oil.

Green peas seed – handful
Dry red chilly – 4 pieces
Scrapped coconut – 4 spoon
Course flour – 2 spoon
Gram flour – 1 cup
Ginger – ½ inch
Onion – 1
Garlic – 4 pieces
Eatable soda - ½ spoon
Curry leaves

Methods
Pound garlic and ginger
Cut onion into pieces.
Cut green chilly into round slices.
Mash potatoes after boiling.
Heat 4 spoon oil in a frying pan and add to it curry leaves, pounded
ginger garlic and onion.
Put green peas seeds and cover with a lid.
After the green peas becomes soft, put mashed potatoes in it and
mix it well.
Add curd to it.
After it becomes dry add scrapped coconut to it and bring it down.
Prepare a thick paste of soda , salt, course flour and water.
Make round shapes of the mixture and dip it in the above thick
paste..
Fry it in hot oil.
