Ingredients
Cauliflower – 4 petal
Carrot – 1
Tomatoes – 1
Cabbage – 1
Green chilly – 4 pieces
Onion – 1
Ginger – ½ inch
Beans – 6 pieces
Green pea seeds – handful
Potatoes – 2
Gram flour – ¼ cup
Dry hot spices – 1 spoon
Biscuit flakes – 1 cup
Salt to taste

Methods
Cut the vegetables after washing into small pieces.
Pound onion, green chilly and ginger.
Put this into hot oil.
Then put vegetables into it and cover the lid.
After it is half cooked sprinkle dry spices over it and then bring
it own.
Make a thick paste of gram flour.
Make round cutlet shapes and dip it in the thick paste of gram
flour.also rool it over biscuit powder/ flakes.
Fry it in oil.

Cheese – 1 cup
Fine wheat flour – ¼ cup
Naduaa powder – 1 cup
Gram flour – 4 spoon
Green chilly – 4 pieces.
Onion – 1
Salt to taste

Methods
Drain out water from the cheese.
Add wheat flour to the cheese and mix it well using your palms.
Add salt to it.
Put oil in a frying pan and fry chilly and onion in it.
Add the mixture of cheese and wheat flour to it.
Fry it properly.
Bring it down and make shapes of cutlet from it.
Dip it in thick gram flour paste and roll it over naduaa powder.
Then fry it in hot oil.
