Ingredients
Biri dal – 1 cup
Curd- 3 cup
Soda – ½ spoon
Musturd seeds -1 spoon
Cumin powder – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt-According to taste
Methods
Powder the biri dal.
Put a little oil in a frying pan
Then put mustard and curry leaves in it.
Then add it to the curd.
Add salt to the curd.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add soda and salt to the grated biri dal.
Fry the above made dough, making round shapes.
Then put these in water and take it out after sometime.
Drain out water properly.
Put these bara into dahi.
Sprinkle jeera and chilli powder over it.

Coarse flour – 1 cup
Cumin powder – 1 spoon
Chilli powder- 1 spoon

Curd – 4 cup
Potatoes – 2
Salt-According to taste

Methods
Soak coarse flour in water for 2 hours.
Boil potatoes and mash it with course flour
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry the dough of course flour, potatoes and salt, making round
shapes.
Add salt to the curd.
Then put these bara into the curd.
Take small amount of oil in a frying pan and put mustard seeds
and curry leaves in it.
Put this over Dahi bara.
Add cumin powder and chilli powder over it.
