Ingredients
Moong Dal – 1 cup
Curd - 4 cup
Biri dal – ½ cup
Fried carrot – 4 spoon
Mustard seeds – 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Cumin and chilli powder – 1 spoon
Salt-According to taste

Methods
Wash moong dal and biri dal properly and make
a paste of both.
Add salt to it.
Put it in Idli case and cook it .
Put mustard seeds and curry leaves in hot oil in a frying pan.
Add this to the cooked bara.
Add curd to it.
Sprinkle cumin powder and chilli powder over it.
Serve it with fried carrots.

Tamarind
Molasses - 2 spoon
Scrapped coconut – 4 spoon
Chick pea dal – 1 spoon
Curry leaves
Salt-According to taste

Methods
Powder biri dal.
Boil the mixture of tamarind juice, molasses and salt.
Mix salt to curd.
Heat oil and fry Chick pea dal ,curry leaves in it. Add this to
curd
Add sugar, salt, scrapped coconut to biri dal and make a paste.
Fry this making small round shapes and put it in water.
Drain out water from it after sometime and then put it in curd.
Put the prepared mixture of tamarind and molasses on it.
Sprinkle cumin and chilly powder over it.
