Turmeric powder-1 spoon
Mustard oil-2 spoon

Fry pulse dal in a frying pan.
Wash t and add salt, turmeric powder, bay leaf and boil.
Put ginger paste.
Heat oil in a kardai.
Add oil for boil properly pulse dal.
Use a kardai for blown dry chilly and savour it.
After brown add boil dal and descend the kardai.
Now pulse dal is ready.

Sugar-2 spoon
Turmeric powder-1 spoon
Cardamom-2 pcs.
Coconut-half size of a coconut
Cumin seed-1 spoon
Bay leave-2 pcs.
Salt- according to taste
Cinnamon-2 pcs.
Cloves-2 pcs.
Method
Wash chick pea dal and add salt, turmeric powder and boil.
Make small pieces coconut and smash ginger and add into dal.
Heat oil in a frying pan and put into bay leaf and cumin seeds.
Add sugar in it.
Add boiled chick pea in the kardai.
After full blown add paste of cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Now coconut chick pea dal is ready.
