Ingredients Besan-2 cup
Boiled potato-2 pcs
Boiled pea-1/2 cup
Garam amasala-1 spoon
Ginger-2 inch
Oil-1/4 cup
Onion-1 pc
Green chilly-4 pcs
Tomato-1 pc
Cumin seed & dry chilly powder-2 spoon
Garlic-4 cloves
Salt-according to taste
Methods Make paste of ginger, garlic onion and green chilly.
Remove boiled potato covers and smash it.
Heat oil in a kardai and add masala in it.
Put tomato cut pcs.
After tomato boiled add potato, pea and fry it.
Spread masala powder and keep it down.
Add salt, water in besan and make a paste.
Heat a tawa, add oil and put this paste make like Chakuli pitha.
Boil it in low flame.
After that just add oil over it and add potato, pea fry.
Then fold it as like a dosa.
Now besan dosa is ready.

Ussuna rice-2 cup
Cauliflower-4 cloves
Pea seeds-1 cup
Dry chilly-4 pcs.
Coriander leaf
Salt-according to taste
Onion-1 pc
Garlic-4 cloves
Raddish-1 pc
Ginger-1 inch
Oil-1/4 cup
Methods
Soak rice before a day.
make small pcs of cauliflower.
Scratch the raddish
Heat oil in a kardai and fry onion.
After that blown add cauliflower, raddish, pea seeds, and salt,
then cover it.
After it boils spread masala powder.
Make a paste of weight rice, ginger, dry chilly and garlic.
Add salt in it.
Heat oil in a tawa.
Add this paste in it and make it as like chkuli pitha, then cover
it.
After few time put into cauliflower fry and fold it two side.
Now spread coriander leaves.
Now rice dosa is ready.
