mug dal-2 cup
Turmeric flower-2 bunch
Garlic-4 cloves.
Ginger-1/2 inch
Methods
Soak mug one day before.
Add salt, garlic, ginger, chilly and grind it.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add salt in turmeric flower, then
fry it.
Heat tawa and add oil.
Then put the paste in it.
Fry both sides and put in between turmeric flower fry and fold
it like dosa.
Now mug dal dosa is ready.
