Ingredients
Egg-4 pcs
Potato-2 pcs
Onion-2 pcs
Ginger-a small piece
Garlic-6 buds
Chilly-2 pcs
Salt-according to taste
Scrapped coconut- a small amount
Posta-1 spoon
Tomato-2 pcs
Green chilly-2 pcs
Oil-100 gms
Hot spice powder-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

Method
Boil the eggs.
Take out the skin and cut into two pieces each.
Peel off the potatoes and cut into four pieces each.
Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan and fry the red chillies, blackpeeper
and cumin seeds.
Grind it to make fine powder.
Heat the pan and put 2 spoon oil.
Put the mustard seeds. Put the chopped onions, ginger, garlic
and chillies and fry it.
When it turns red add the cinnamon and cardamom powder.
Put the other spices into it and fry it.
Add the potatoes and 2cup water.
Add 1 cup warm water to the grated coconut.
Pour out the coconut milk.
When the potatoes are fully cooked add the coconut milk to it
and let it to boil.
Add the egg pieces and put the blackpeeper powder.
Now masala egg is ready.
