Ingredients
Egg-6 pcs
Oil-100 gms
Onion-3 pcs
Garlic-8 buds
Ginger-a small piece
Chilly-4 pcs
Tomato juice-2 tablespoon
Hot spice powder-1/2 teaspoon
Bay leaf-2 pcs
Salt-according to taste
Coriander leaf-1 bud
Sugar-1 teasoonful
Method
Boil and uncover the egg.
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chilly.
Heat the oil in a kadai.
Fry the onion and bay leaves in this oil.
Add and roast spices ,tomato juice and sugar after it becomes
red in colour.
Fry the egg by adding salt after the spice becomes red in colour.
Close the boiled water by adding some more water.
Add hot spices after it boils.
Add pieces of coriander leaves after bringing it down

Method
Boil and uncover the egg.
Cut it into round pieces.
Boil and uncover the potato and stir it by adding salt to it.
Make and add a fine paste of onion, ginger and chilly to it.
Press the egg in the middle of the potato pieces.
Roll it with suji.
Fry this egg slice in oil in another vessel.
Eat it by adding tomato sauce to enhance its taste. |
