Ingredients
1. Arua rice-250gm.
2. Egg-2 pcs
3. Onion-big size 2pcs.
4. Potato-2 pcs.
5. Cinnamon powder-1/2 spoon
6. Tomato sous-2 spoon
7. Salt-according to taste
8. Green chilly-4 pcs.
9. Big size papad-2 pcs.
10. Black peeper powder-1 spoon
11. Cow ghee-2 spoon
12. Dalda ghee-2 table spoon

Method
Heat the pressure cooker.
Add ghee to it.
Fry rice along with onion slices and cinnamon.
Measure water twice as rice and add to it.
Cover it after adding salt to it.
Bring it down after 2 whistles.
Transfer the hard rice to another vessel.
Heat the kadai and fry potato slices in it.
Fry the green chilly in long pieces.
Fry onion slices in less ghee and add egg making a bhujia of it.
Add tomato sauce to it.
Add this to pallau.
Add 2 spoons of hot desi ghee and sprinkle black pepper to it.
Fry the papad.
Sprinkle small papad pieces in the pallau while serving.
An early sprinkle will soften it.
Add curd to get a better taste.
