Egg pallau 

      
Ingredients

1. Arua rice-250gm.
2. Egg-2 pcs
3. Onion-big size 2pcs.
4. Potato-2 pcs.
5. Cinnamon powder-1/2 spoon
6. Tomato sous-2 spoon
7. Salt-according to taste
8. Green chilly-4 pcs.
9. Big size papad-2 pcs.
10. Black peeper powder-1 spoon
11. Cow ghee-2 spoon
12. Dalda ghee-2 table spoon



    Method

1. Heat pressure cooker.
2. Add dalda ghee in pressure cooker.
3. Fry cut onion, cinnamon powder and arua rice.
4. Give double quantity of water from rice quantity.
5. After listen two whistle, descend it down.
6. Leave rice separate in a plate.
7. Cut potatoes and green chilies slim size and filter in water.
8. Heat dalda ghee, add onion and break eggs for prepare     egg bhujia.
9. Add tomato sous in it.
10. After bhujia that add into rice plate.
11. Heat cow ghee add it black peeper powder and spread on 12. the pallau plate.
13. Now cover it.
14. Filter papads.
15. When pallau broken papads and spread it in the pallau      plate.
16. Now egg pallau ready.
