Ingredients
1. Arua rice-150 gm.
2. Pea seeds-100gm.
3. Shrimp-400gm.
4. Salt-according to taste
5. Turmeric powder-1 spoon
6. Refined oil-100 gm.
7. Tomato-1 pc
8. Green chilly-2pcs.
9. Ginger-a small piece
10. Garlic-4 cloves
11. Onion-2 big pcs.
12. Cauliflower-1/4 size
13. Potato-1 big pc

Method
Wash and separate properly shrimps.
Boil pea seeds.
Heat oil in a kardai.
Add salt and turmeric powder with shrimps and fry it.
Prepare a paste of green chilly, onion and ginger.
Mix the paste with shrimps and fry it.
Heat water in a vessel.
Make a hard arua rice.
Scarp potatoes and cut it into slim pieces.
Cut the cauliflower and onion.
Fry potatoes and arua rice.
After frying add shrimps, cauliflower, onion and pea seeds and
mix it properly.
After it boils add cut round tomatoes on it.
Now shrimp fried rice is ready
