Ingredients
Course flour – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Kajju, resins – 8 pieces
Cardamom – 4 pieces
Ghee - ½ cup
Methods
Fry kajju and resins in the ghee.
Take out the peel of cardamom.
Fry course flour in the ghee.
After it becomes golden brown in colour, put milk and then sugar
Put a little amount of water.
Stir it well in low flame.
Add cardamom seeds to it and then serve it in a plate.

Carrot – 2
Milk – 1 lt
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom – 4
Kajju , resins – 12 pieces.
Ghee – 4 spoon.
Methods
Grate carrot.
Thicken the milk by boiling and bring it to 1 cup.
Fry carrot in the ghee.
Add carrot and sugar to boiled milk.
Simmer it for sometime.
Cook it till it doesnot stick to the pan.
Then add kajju, resins and cardamom to it.
It is now ready to serve.
