Ingredients
1. Arua rice-100gm
2. Flour-200gm
3. Molasses-200gm
4. Coconut-1 pc
5. Black peeper powder-1 spoon
6. Oil-as per required
7. Salt-according to taste
Methods
Make powder of rice.
Break the coconut and scrap it.
Fry it with slight molasses and black peeper.
Add salt in water and boil it.
After boiling add molasses.
After mix molasses in water add rice and flour in it.
After that make round shapes and press it.
Put molasses and black peeper, fry in it.
Now fry it in oil.
Rice kakara is ready.

Suji-250 gm
Sugar-100 gm
Coconut-half piece
Curd cheese-100 gm
Cardamom-2 pc
Oil- according to taste
Salt- according to taste
Method
Boil water, salt and sugar simultaneously in a kadai.
Make suji dough after the water boils.
Cool and press it.
Scrap the coconut.
Fry the pura using cheese, coconut, cardamom powder and sugar.
Cool the kadai after the pura is fried.
Give the dough a round shape and make the kakara.
