Kankada - 2 pcs
Potato-2 pcs
Onion-1 pc
Ginger-a small piece
Garlic-6 buds
Chilly-2 pcs
Tomato juice-1 tablespoonful
Salt-according to taste
Hot spice powder-1/2 teaspoonful
Coriander leaf-a small amount
Methods Put the Kankadas in boiled water and cover the pit.
Take out the cover of the Kankada after it is cold.
Keep the leg piece and meat in one place.
Heat and fry the onion slices.
Add to it ginger, garlic, chilly, salt and turmeric paste.
Fry till it becomes golden red in colour, then add the leg and
meat to it.
Add tomato juice in the potato and roast them.
Stir it by adding one cup water.
Sprinkle coriander after it is dry and brings it down

Turmeric powder- according to taste
Methods
Cut the Kankada into small pieces.
Make a fine paste of half tomato and 1 full onion.
Add turmeric and salt in the cut Kankadas and heat it in oil in
a kadai.
Roast onion paste, garlic, ginger, tomato and onion slices after
the above is fried and close its pit.
Keep the cooker in semi-heat and keep on stirring it frequently.
Bring it down as it is ready.
