Kankada korma Kankada fry


Ingredients

Kankada-2 big pcs
Tomato-2 pcs
Onion-2 pcs
Garlic-6 buds
Cinnamon-2 pcs
Cardamom-2 pcs
Coconut-half
Oil-50 gms
Salt-according to taste
Turmeric powder- according to taste


Methods

Cut tomato, onion and garlic into small pieces.
Make a paste of cinnamon and cardamom.
Scrap the coconut and bring out its juice by adding ½ cup of water.
Cut the Kankada into small pieces and add it to oil
Roast onion, tomato paste and piece and hot spice after the water evaporates.
Then boil it for 15 minutes by adding thin coconut juice to it.
Then boil it with fat coconut juice and hot spice for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Bring it down and eat to your supper.

Potato-2 pcs.
Onion-1pc
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic-6 buds
Chilly-2 pcs
Tomato sous-1 spoon
Salt-according to taste
Garam masala powder-1/2 spoon
Coriander leaf-1/4 bunch


Methods

Wash Kankadas and boil it.
After boiling separate the Kankada covers.
Separate the legs and meat.
Fry onions in oil.
Prepare a paste of ginger, garlic, chilly.
After that put the paste into the onion fry, add salt and turmeric powder in it.
When it boil ,add Kankada meat and legs.
Cut potatoes in small pieces.
Then boil with tomato sous.
Add half cup of water and turn it up & down.
After water dries take it out.
Now Kankada fry is ready.
