Ingredients
1. Big fish piece-4 pcs.
2. Onion-2 pc
3. Garlic-8 buds
4. Salt-according to taste
5. Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
6. Tomato-1 pc
7. Garam masala-1 spoon
8. Mustard oil-4 tea spoon
9. Chilly-4 pcs
Method
Wash the fish and add salt and turmeric to it.
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the fish till it is golden brown.
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic and chilly.
Cook the spices and tomato in the fish fried oil.
Add water after frying the spices properly.
Add hot spice after the water is boiled.
Add fish into it and bring down the curry.

Fish- 250 gms
Lemon-1 pc
Garlic-1 pc
Green chilly-6 pcs
Arua rice-1 tablespoonful
Oil-100 gm
Salt-according to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoonful
Method
Wash the fish and add salt, lemon and turmeric to it and keep
it for sometime.
Make a fine paste of rice, garlic and chilly.
Add all these spices to the fish pieces.
Heat oil in the kadai.
Fry the fish till it is red in colour.
Serve it hot.
