Ingredients
Fish-250 gms
Onion-1 pc
Mustard-1 teaspoonful
Oil-100 gm
Garlic-8 buds
Salt-according to taste
Chilly-4 pcs
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoonful
Method
Make a fine paste of onion, mustard, garlic and chilly.
Heat oil in the kadai.
Wash the fish and add salt and turmeric to it.
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the fish till it is red.
Then add the hot spice to it.
Stir the fried fish pieces after the spices are well fried.

Green chilly-3 pc
Garlic-4 buds
Small tomato-2 pcs
Oil- 50gm.
Salt-according to taste.
Turmeric powder-according to taste
Method
Cut onion and green chillies.
Grind the garlic buds.
Add turmeric powder and salt in dry fish and fry it in a kardai.
Fry onion, chilly and garlic paste.
After it boils add tomato and dried fishes.
Mix it properly.
Wait 2-3 mins and bring it down.
Now dried fish is ready. |
