Ingredients
Arua rice-1/2 kg
Biri or pulse piece-150 gm
Coconut-1 pc
Ginger-a small piece
Green chilly-4 pc
Salt-according to taste
Onion-1 pc
Method
Soak the biri or pulse piece in water for 8 hours.
Wipe out the black cover of the biri or pulse after it is wet.
Wash and make a paste of the arua rice.
