Roasted mutton

Mutton curry

  
Ingredients

Mutton-500 gm
Onion-5 pcs
Garlic-1 pc
Ginger-a small piece
Tomato-2 pcs
Chilly-4 pcs
Sugar-1 teaspoonful
Bay leaves-2 pcs
Cardamom-4 pcs
Oil-100 gm
Salt-according to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoonful

Method

Make a fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chilly.
Heat the oil in a kadai.
Make this oil red by adding bay leaves and sugar.
Cook it properly after adding hot spice.
Add salt, turmeric and mutton.
Cook it again by adding tomato.
Cook till the mutton boils and water evaporates.
Add cardamom while bringing it down.
This process will be faster if done in pressure cooker.

Turmeric powder-12 teaspoon
Oil-100 gm
Chilly-4 pcs
Cardamom-2 pcs
Cinnamon-2 pcs
Coriander-1 teaspoon
Posta-1 teaspoon
Zeera-1 teaspoon
Onion-2 pcs
Garlic-1 pc
Ginger-a small piece

Method

Cut the onion to slices.
Make a fine paste of zeera, coriander and posta.
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chilly.
Make a powder of cinnamon and cardamom and keep it separately.
Heat oil.
Add spice, salt and turmeric powder and roast it.
Roast it with tomato.
Add and roast the meat properly.
Add and boil the meat with after the roasted smell comes out.
Add cinnamon and cardamom before bringing it down.
