Mutton soup

  
 Ingredients

1. Goat meat-500 gm.
2. Egg-4 pcs.
3. Potato-2pcs.
4. Red chillies-3 pcs.
5. Coriander seeds-1 spoon
6. black peeper-5 pcs
7. scrapped coconut-half size
8. garlic buds-3 pcs
9. cardamom-1 pc
10. cumin seeds-1/4 teaspoon
11. mustard seeds-1/4 teaspoon
12. onion-1 pc
13. green chillies-2 pc
14. ginger-2 cm
15. cinnamon piece-3 cm
16. mustard oil-3 table spoon
17. salt & turmeric powder-according to taste



Method

Mix all the ingredients except oil, onion, tomato and cilantro.
Marinate goat meat and leave for at least one hour.
Take mustard oil in a pressure cooker on medium flame. When oil
is hot add whole garam masala.
After a while add the marinated meat. Now cook it by occasional stirring.
When the raw smell is gone add sliced onions and tomatoes.
Now stir it and add 1/2 cup of water.
Cover the lid and pressure cook it (if you have a hawkins pressure cooker two whistles are enough).
When mutton is cooked garnish with fresh cut cilantro.
Now mutton soup is ready.
