CABBAGE PAKODI GREEN BANANA PAKODI


Ingredients

Cabbage-1/4 size
Besan-2 cup
Green chilly-4 pcs
Onion-1 pc
Ginger-1/2 inch
Costic soda-1/2 spoon
Salt-according to taste
Refined oil

Methods

Make small pieces cabbage, onion and green chilly.
Make a hard paste of costic soda & salt.
Smash the ginger.
Add cabbage, green chilly, onion, and ginger and mix it.
Heat refined oil in a kardai.
Then put the mix item in this heat oil.
After blown filter it.
Now cabbage pakodi is ready.


Ingredients

Green banana-2 pcs.
Besan-1 cup
Green chilly-3 pcs.
Costic soda-half spoon
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic-4 pcs.
Coriander leaf
Salt-according to taste
Refined oil


Methods

Remove the green banana covers properly.
Make it small pieces.
Boil it 5 minutes in water.
Smash garlic & ginger.
Add salt, green chilly, ginger, garlic, costic soda in besan and make a hard paste.
Add boiled banana pieces and coriander leaves in it.
Mix it and fry in heat oil in a kardai.
Now green banana pakodi is ready.
