Ingredients
1. Arua rice-200gm.
2. Beans-10pcs.
3. Onion- 1 big pcs.
4. Bay leave-2pcs.
5. Cardamom-2 pcs.
6. Big cardamom-2 pcs.
7. Raddish-2 pcs.
8. Pea seeds-100gm.
9. Refined oil-50gm.
10. Cinnamon-2pcs.
11. Cloves-4pcs.
12. Salt-according to taste
Method
1. Wash properly arua rice.
2. Make small pieces raddish, beans and pea seeds and boil.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and put into bay leaves, onion cut 4. pieces.
5. When that looks brown color put into salt according to taste.
6. Give double quantity water from rice.
7. After rice made put boiled vegetables.
8. Wait a few time, look pallau is ready.
