CAULIFLOWER PARATA RADDISH PARATA


Ingredients

Cauliflower-1 pc
Flour-4 cup
Green chilly-2 pc
Ginger & coriander leaves
Salt-according to taste
Refined oil or ghee
Garlic-4 cloves

Methods

Make small pieces of cauliflower.
Make green chilly round pieces.
Smash ginger & garlic and fry it in kardai till it looks red.
Wash cauliflower in turmeric water and add in kardai.
Add salt and cover it.
After it boils add coriander leaf and keep it out from flame.
Make a cauliflower paste.
After that make round size.
Then make round size of flour.
Add cauliflower round in flour as manda pitha.
After that make it parata by using refined oil or ghee.
Heat a tawa and add oil or ghee and turn parata up & down.
Now cauliflower parata is ready.

Raddish-1 pc
Flour-3 cup
Maida-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 spoon
Salt-according to taste
Ghee/refined oil


Methods


Scrap the raddish and add sugar and salt in it.
Heat oil in a kardai and fry raddish in it.
Add cardamom powder and keep it down.
Make a paste of flour, maida with add salt.
Make it round type.
Put raddish in this round.
make this round to parata.
Heat a tawa and add oil or ghee and turn parata up & down.
Now raddish parata is ready.
