Ingredients
Flour-4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Salt-according to taste
Ghee, water
Methods
Add salt in water and flour, then crush it.
Mould it into small round pcs.
After that press it and make it round roti.
Sprinkle sugar over it.
Then make it parata.
Heat a tawa and add oil or ghee and turn parata up & down.
Now sugar parata is ready.
