Ingredients
1. Butter-250gm.
2. Sugar-100 gm
3. Cardamom-4 pcs.
4. Ghee-50 gm
5. Coarse flour-50 gm
6. Milk-50 gm.
7. Beking powder-1/2 spoon
Method
1. Prepare mash butter, coarse flower & beking powder.
2. Prepare another mash of sugar, ghee, milk and cardamom.
3. Put ghee in a ovan and beck it.
4. Now butter poda pitha is ready.
