Ingredients
Potato-150 gm.
Maida-1 cup
Flour-2 cup
Green chilly-2 pcs.
Ginger-1 inch
Cumin seed powder-1 spoon
Black pepper powder-1 spoon
Ghee or refined oil
Salt-small half spoon
Water
Methods Boil potatoes.
Mix flour and maida.
Remove dusts after mixing.
Remove potato covers properly.
Add salt, cumin seed powder, ginger and green chilly and mix it.
Add ghee or oil in flour, maida mix.
Add potato and mix this two items.
Add water if required.
Make it small round shapes.
Make puri from this round type and fry in oil.
Before eating spread black peeper powder over it.
Now potato puri is ready.

Flour-2 big spoon
Refined oil or ghee
Salt-half small spoon
Water
Methods
Add salt, Maida in curd.
Leave it for 5 minutes .
Now make it small round ball.
Prepare this round ball to puri.
Then fry it in heat oil or ghee in kardai.
Now curd puri is ready.
