Coarse-2 cup
Maida-1 cup
Flour-half cup
Curd-2 cup
Salt-according to taste.

Methods
Wet coarse two hour in curd.
Make a hard paste of maida, flour and salt.
Make it round ball.
Make it big size like roti.
Then fry it in heat oil.
Now coarse puri is ready.
