Ingredients
1. Parval-8 pcs.
2. Scrapped coconut-1 cup
3. Mustard-1 spoon
4. Mustard oil-2 spoon
5. Salt-according to taste
6. Chilly-4 pcs.
7. Sugar-1 spoon
8. Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon. |
Method
Scratch parvals and make 4 pcs each.
Make paste of mustard and chilly.
Heat oil and fry parvals.
Add salt, turmeric powder to it.
Turn it up and down, then add the paste .
Put a cup of water and cover it.
After parvals boils descend it.
Now parval raita is is ready.
