Lemon rice Curd rice

 Ingredients

1. Arua rice-200gm
2. Hengu- a small amount
3. Refine oil-50ml
4. Curry leaf
5. Fried almond seed -25gm
6. Lemon-2pcs
7. 1 to 2 spoonful meethi powder
8. Dry chill-6pcs
    Savour it






Method

Prepare plain arua rice and separate water from rice.
Boil and add water with lemon juice.
Boil oil in a frying pan.
After that heat oil, put dry chilly & curry leaf to it.
After frying add hengu powder, meethi powder, salt and fried almond seeds.
After some time add rice to it.
Wait for 3 to 4 minutes
Take it out and add lemon juice.
Lemon rice is ready.


Ingredients

Ghee- 10 ml. Gm.
Ginger- 5 gm.
Sugar-5gm.
Cumin seed-half spoon
Custed curd-250gm.
Dry chilly-2pcs
Salt-as per test
Coriander leaf or curry leaf




Method

Wash arua rice in a frying pan.
Boil rice and separate water from rice.
After 5 minutes add salt, curd and sugar.
Then add pieces of chilly and ginger.
Boil ghee in a frying pan and put cumin seeds to it and add it in rice.
Add coriander leaf.
