Ingredients
Sajana saga (Drum stick leaves)- 4 cups
Grated coconut- 2/3 cup
Moong dal(boiled) - 1 cup
Garlic chopper-1tsp
Onion chopped- 1/4 cup
Salt
Chili power(per taste)
Oil-2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic, onion and cook till it is golden brown.
Add moong daal, leaves, salt and cook till it is half done.
Add coconut and cook till saaga is done.
Serve hot with pakhala.

Ingredients
1 Bunch Poi leaves washed and finely chopped
1 cup of cut mixed vegetable ( Potato, Pumpkin, Saru, Egg Plant)
1 medium sized tomato
Oil and salt -according to taste
2 garlic cloves, 2 red chillies, 1 spoon mustard seeds for seasoning.
Method
Cut the stem and the leaves of Poi separately.
Boil the vegetables and the poi stems with salt and water in a
frying pan.
Add the chopped tomatoes and leaves.
Boil again.
Heat oil.
Add mustard seeds. Add crushed garlic and the red chilles when
they splutter.
Fry for a min and add the seasoning to the boiled vegetables with
leaves
