MATTAR SINGADA ALOO SINGADA


Ingredients

Green peas seed – 2 cup
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Chilly – 4 pieces
Ginger- ½ inch
Garlic- 4 pieces
Salt-According to taste
Oil

Methods

Mash the green peas seeds.
Make a fine paste of ginger, garlic and chilly.
Heat oil and put the paste in it and add mashed green pea seeds to it.
Add salt and fry it.
Mash the wheat flour and fry them after making round shapes.
Apply oil to the pounding mill and roll the dough to breads of long shapes.
Then cut these into 2 halves.
Now make this into triangular cup shapes and put stuffing into it.
Close the open side by pressing the edges using wet fingers.
Fry these in hot oil.
Matter singadas are now ready to serve.

Potatoes (Aloo) – 4 pieces
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Scrapped coconut – ¼ cup
Tomatoes – 1
Dry red chilly – 4 pieces
Hot dry Spices – ½ spoon
Coriander leaves
Salt-According to taste
Oil


Methods

Boil the potatoes and mash them partially.
Cut red chilly and tomatoes into pieces
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the cut chilly and tomato pieces in it.
Then put mashed potatoes into it.
Add scrapped coconut and hot dry spices to it.
Now make the cover of the singada with the dough of wheat flour.
Put the stuffing inside it and fry.
