Tomato soup Muligatawny Soup

    
 Ingredients

1. Red tomato-4 pcs.
2. Garlic-2 cloves
3. Green chilly-2 pcs.
4. Salt-according to taste
5. Cornflakes-2 spoon
6. Ptychotis- half spoon
7. Coriander powder-1 spoon
8. Ginger-1-2 inch pcs.
9. Butter-1 spoon
10. Black peeper-4-5 pieces
11. Sugar-1 spoon

   
Method

1. Make a mixture of tomato, coriander, garlic,
    green chilly & 2. ginger add with 3 cup of water.
3. Heat a kardai and put butter in it.
4. Make a mix of salt, green chilly, sugar and
    cornflake and 5. add the mixture items.
5. After boil this mixture descend it.
6. Now tomato soup ready.


Ingredients

¼ cup Lentil
1 tbsp. Cauliflower(chopped)
1 tbsp. Potato(diced)
1 no. Carrot(chopped)
1 no. Onion(chopped)
2 tbsps. Radish(grated)
¼ no. Apple(green variety, chopped)
½ tsp. All spice powder
1 tsp. Butter
¼ cup Coconut(milk)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste


Method


Put lentils, potato and cauliflower in 4 cups of water in a pressure cooker.
Mixture it into a stock.
Melt butter in a sauce frying pan.
Add chopped vegetables and apple.
Stir and fry it for 4-5 minutes.
Add the stock.
Stir and boil it for 5-7 minutes.
Add curry powder, salt and pepper.
Stir it in coconut milk.
