Beetroot Soup Pea cilantro Soup


Ingredients

1 lb. Beetroot
1 no. Onion
1 no. Potato
3 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
½ tsp. Lemon(rind)
1 tsp. Lemon(juice)
2 tsps. Mint(chopped leaves)
½ cup Raw Cream
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste

Method

Peel the skin of Beetroot, Potato and cut into small pieces.
Chop the lemon rind finely.
Heat Oil and fry the onions for 2 minutes.
Add to this Chopped Beetroot, Potato and lemon rind.
Add water and boil it for 15 minutes.
Grind the boiled vegetables.
Add salt and pepper.
Add lemon juice and boil it for 10 minutes.
Add mint leaves and fresh cream.
Serve it when hot.

 


Ingredients

½ cup Green split pea
2 cups Chicken stock
1 tbsp.
 Butter ½ cup
 Cabbage (shredded)
¼ cup Carrots (sliced)

Method


Add split peas into chicken stock and cook for about 10 minutes.
Blend the stock well with ladle after opening the cooker.
Heat a soup frying pan and add one cup of water.
Add chicken, vegetables and salt.
Serve soup and add butter on top.
Add cilantro.
Serve it when it is hot.
