Ingredients
1. Cauliflower-1 pc.
2. Green chilly-2 pcs
3. Oil-2 table spoon
4. Tomato-2 pcs.
5. Coriander leaf-1 bunch
6. Salt-according to taste.
Method
Wipe out the covering of the White gourd and cut
it
into a big piece.
Pell off the cover of the potato and cut it into 4 pieces and
make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic and tomato slices.
Cut the green chilly into long pieces.
Heat the oil in the pressure cooker.
Add white gourd and potato.
Add salt and spice to it after it is fried and cover it.
Add the paste of clove, cinnamon, black pepper and elaichi after
it is fried.
Bring it down when it is boiled.

Onion-1 pc

Cinnamon-2 pcs
Bay leaves-2 pcs
Clove-4 pcs
Garlic-4 buds
Tomato-1 pc
Cardamom-2 pcs
Ghee-2 tablespoon
Salt-according to taste
Method
Cut small pieces of papaya.
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilly.
Make a fine paste of the sliced tomato.
Add ghee and bay leaves to the pressure cooker.
Close the cooker after adding spice, tomato slice, salt and a
cup of water.
Close the gas after one whistle.
Sprinkle cinnamon, cardamom and clove powder before bringing it
down.
