Ingredients
Jack-fruit-1 kg
Garlic-4 buds
Ginger-a small piece
Cinnamon-2 pcs
Bay leaves-2 pcs
Onion-2 pcs
Curd-half cup
Sugar-1 teaspoonful
Cardamom-2 pcs
Ghee-2 tablespoon
Clove-2 pcs
Chilly powder-1 teaspoonful
Black pepper-4 pcs
Salt-according to taste
Method
Cut the jack-fruit into large pieces.
Use oil in our hand and cutter to avoid stick and gums.
Make a fine paste of onion, garlic and ginger.
Make a separate mixture of the hot spices.
Heat the ghee in the pressure cooker.
Add spice, jack-fruit, curd, salt and bay leaves.
Don’t over fry them.
Close it by adding little water.
Close it after it whistles.
Add the hot spice and stir it well.

Cauliflower-1 pc
Green Chilly-2 pcs
Oil-1 tablespoon
Tomato-2 pcs
Coriander leaf- 1 bunch
Salt-according to taste
Method
Cut small pieces of cauliflower.
Cut small pieces of tomato and green chilly.
Wash the coriander leaves and cut it into minute pieces and make
a fine paste from them.
Fry it with tomato slices, green chilly and salt.
Add cauliflower after an hour, heat it and cover it.
Add coriander leaves and bring it down after the cauliflower boils.
It will be very tasty to eat it hot.
